Parho ("we", "us", "our") is a web service that reads meter-reading forms from PDF files and photos and turns them into ready Excel files. This policy explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. By using Parho, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your account is created by the admin when you subscribe. We store your name, username, phone (WhatsApp) number, subdivision and designation, and your subscription details.

Files you upload. The PDF files and photos you upload, the readings our system reads from them, the changes you make while reviewing, and the Excel files generated for you.

Usage information. Basic technical details needed to run the service, such as login times, the pages you open, and error logs that help us fix problems.

2. How we use your information

• To read your forms and prepare your Excel files
• To run your account and subscription
• To show you your batches, history and statistics
• To keep the service secure and fix technical problems
• To contact you about your account, for example before your subscription ends

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. AI reading of your forms

Parho uses its own AI reading technology to read the handwriting on your forms. Images of your form pages are processed only to read your forms and return the readings to your account — nothing else is done with them.

4. Who can see your data

• You — your batches and files are visible only in your own account.
• The admin — the admin who manages Parho can see accounts and basic usage in order to provide support and manage subscriptions.
• Service providers — the companies that provide our hosting and reading technology process data only so the service can work.

5. How long we keep data

Your batches and files are kept while your account is active, so you can come back and download them. To manage storage, very old uploaded files may be removed automatically. If your account is closed, you can ask the admin to delete your data through WhatsApp.

6. Your rights

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your account and data
• Update your profile details yourself any time from the My Profile page

7. How we protect your data

Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form — nobody, including the admin, can see your password. Every account sees only its own data, and connections to Parho are protected. No internet service can promise 100% security, but we take reasonable care to keep your information safe.

8. Children's privacy

Parho is a work tool made for office staff. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Parho after a change means you accept the updated policy.
